We Call It Our Virtual IT
We Also Call It The Way You Can Save Thousands Of Dollars, Never Worry About
Viruses, Or Network Intrusion Again, And Get A 100% Uptime Guarantee.
Most companies have at least one full-time IT guy on staff. This
guy is usually overworked and often feels underpaid, but sticks around because
he feels "ownership" on the network. That is to say, he feels like the network
is his, and he puts in extra time to make sure its up and running. The problem
is, he cant get it all done, there is just too much to do.
There is no way he can spend the hours researching the new security
methods, and implement the new viruses protection "data files", and install the
latest OS patches, and check the log files for errors, and, and, and,
AND… Often times, hiring another full-time or part-time guy is cost
prohibitive - not to mention what a pain it is to wade through the clutter of
Net2 Technology Group has created a revolutionary system of
maintaining a network, without ever having to step a foot in the building. We
call this the "Virtual IT System", and here is how it works. We create a
remote connection to your servers, routers, firewalls, and any pc's that we
need to. We install a few monitoring systems that have virtually zero impact on
system performance and then sit in a remote location and watch... Let me be
very specific here, they watch everything that’s important and relevant to the
successful operation of your network. Of course everyone's network will be
different but our extensive list allows us to know when there is a problem before you do, and many times problems are
resolved before any impact is felt.
All this protection is of course guaranteed with our "no small
writing" 100% uptime and satisfaction guarantee. For More information on this
Advice To Any Company That Has Ever Had
Email Down Time.... Hire Us.
According to the eWeek website, email works like this: If, for some
reason, the mail server at somecompany.com cannot connect with the mail
server at yourcompany.com, then the message is rejected and a failure
report is sent to the person who sent the original email. The email server
(like Exchange, Notes, or Sendmail) uses a program called message transfer
program (MTA) to do the actual sending, so this queue is called the MTA queue.
The MTA will periodically try to resend the messages in its queue. For example,
it might retry every 10 minutes. After four hours, it will usually send you a
piece of mail that tells you there is some sort of problem. After 24 hours, the
message is deleted and can not be recovered. 24 hours… that's it. That's the
complete life cycle of 91% of all undelivered mail. That means if for any
reason your mail server is offline for 24 hours, any mail that was intended to
be delivered in that time will begin to be deleted and you will never
Net2 Technology Group solves these problems by implementing a
backup mail queue. This backup mail queue will pick up any undeliverable mail
and hold it without sending a "undeliverable" bounce back. All this stored up
mail will be delivered to the correct mail box when the primary mail server
comes back online, thereby ensuring NOT A SINGLE LOST EMAIL! We can do this by
simply redirecting where the mail goes once our automated monitoring tools are
notified of your email server downtime, the whole process takes less than 10
seconds and allows us to provide a 100% email delivery rate.
